I wanted to attempt making some Taiyaki, [link] so I made some attempts out of green scrap clay, I also experimented making some 'fish scale' molds. So the green items above are made with scraps I had laying around. The larger more detailed fish was pretty cute, so I used it in the sculpey Mold maker medium (seen on the right.) At the bottom, I made an attempt at a 3D fish charm using the mold.
I am pretty happy with how it turned out! (Although it is a beefy charm and much too heavy to be an earring or anything like that.)
The fish at the top of the screen is one I made in the summer for a local art show poster, seen here: [link]

This stuff is super soft, like bubblegum. The directions say to put the clay in the freezer before using it, which is what I did when I used it years ago, this time I also rolled it out on some paper to let the plasticizers out a bit.
This stuff also helps bring old dry clay to life. A tiny little ball of it was all I needed to bring a semi-dried out block back from the dead.
